Experienced Construction Site Worker Needed Immediately!

Your Responsibilities As a construction site worker with us, you will work on varying projects depending on your experience, skills, and profile. Your tasks may include everything from excavation and foundation work to water and sewage work, pipe laying, digging, backfilling, fine grading, and other construction work on building sites. You will also work on site preparation, material handling, coordination with machine operators, and ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, schedules, and applicable quality and safety requirements. Work is performed both independently and in teams with other tradespeople, where you are expected to be engaged, take responsibility, and contribute to an efficient and safe workflow on the worksite. Work Tasks (examples): -Excavation and construction work -Digging, planning, and backfilling -Pipe laying and water and sewage work (requires documented experience) -Preparatory and finishing work in projects -Reading blueprints and working according to instructions (required) -Operating laser equipment -Daytime work Your Profile We are looking for individuals with experience in excavation and construction work who enjoy working in a practical and physical work environment. Experience with water and sewage work is important. We would like you to have good physical fitness and enjoy active outdoor work in varying environments. The right attitude and a positive mindset are very important, as the work often involves collaboration, problem-solving, and a fast pace. You need to be able to work both independently and in teams, and be responsible, thorough, and contribute to ensuring that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Good communication skills in Swedish are a requirement, as the work involves daily contact with colleagues, supervisors, and other trades on the worksite.
