Facilities and Group Training Manager

We are looking for a Facilities and Group Training Manager! Do you want a key role in a gym operation where you can combine operations, development, and leadership? We are now seeking a dedicated facilities and group training manager who wants to be part of creating world-class training experiences at our facilities. About the Position: This is a combined role where you work as facilities manager for three of our facilities and as manager of our group training. As facilities manager, you are responsible for: Daily operations of the facilities Ensuring comfort, quality, and order Development and improvement of the facilities Customer care and member experience at a world-class level As group training manager, you are responsible for: Development of the group training offering Scheduling and administration of daily operations Recruiting instructors Leading, coaching, and developing group training staff Working Hours: Work is normally scheduled Monday through Friday, but weekend work may occur as needed. The position includes 1–2 evening shifts per week, where group training may also be conducted in connection with these shifts. There are good opportunities to influence and adapt your working hours yourself, which provides flexibility in the role.
