As a facility developer, you contribute to quality assurance of production in assigned projects. From idea and design, to execution and handover, we create ownership together throughout the process, and with a quick and efficient work approach focused on our core values, we can actively quality assure the city's reinvestment needs. Your work tasks include, among other things, independently performing land and construction work such as stone laying, paving, masonry work, and excavation work. We want you to have at least 6 years of experience from the construction industry. You have good professional ethics and work toward a good working environment and safety on the job site. Requirements At least 6 years of experience from the construction industry B-class driver's license Work on Road 1.2 and 1.3 Good professional ethics Focus on working environment and safety Meritorious Machine operator certification Wheel loader certification Basic computer skills, as we report everything digitally We believe you enjoy when a lot happens and that you can quickly adapt to new projects and conditions.
