Qualifications At least 5 years of documented experience as an equipment operator. Experience with excavation and site preparation work. Good knowledge of utility infrastructure work, pipeline installation, excavation, leveling, curbing, and fine grading. Experience operating rotating laser and laser instruments for elevation and layout work. Good ability to read and work according to plans and blueprints. Valid certifications and licenses required for the position. Class B driver's license is required (Class BE is a plus). Machinery experience is a plus.
