Our client is a product company focused on proprietary solutions for socially critical operations, where availability, security, and quality are decisive throughout the entire product lifecycle. This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our client in Danderyd. Your responsibilities In this role, you will work with development and further development of Android applications in environments with high demands for security and stability. You will participate in the entire development chain – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and further development. You work closely with the client and other stakeholders to understand needs and use cases, while ensuring that the solutions developed are testable, robust, and sustainable over time. The role also includes active participation in technical decisions, architecture questions, and continuous improvement of working methods and codebase. Your profile and qualifications We are looking for an experienced developer with a structured approach and strong technical interest. You thrive in environments where problems are complex and where standard solutions are not always sufficient. You have a natural ability to analyze, break down, and solve technical challenges, while maintaining a long-term perspective on the solutions you build. Working methodically and with a focus on quality is a natural part of your approach. Requirements Several years of experience in Android development, for example in Kotlin Experience with modern Android frameworks and architecture patterns Good understanding of the complete development lifecycle Relevant education in computer science, software development, or similar Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner in complex technical environments Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English Merits Experience with Android Enterprise Experience with network-level Android development, for example VPN solutions Knowledge of Android Keystore, certificates, PKI, or other secure handling of key material We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
