This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our customer in Danderyd.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will work on developing and further developing Android applications in environments with high requirements for security and stability. You will be involved in the entire development chain – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and further development.
You work closely with the customer and other stakeholders to understand needs and use cases, while ensuring that the solutions developed are testable, robust, and sustainable over time. The role also includes active participation in technical decisions, architecture matters, and continuous improvement of working methods and codebase.
Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for someone who is an experienced developer with a structured approach and a strong technical interest. You thrive in environments where problems are complex and where standard solutions are not always sufficient.
You have a natural ability to analyze, break down, and solve technical challenges, while maintaining a long-term perspective on the solutions you build. Working methodically and with a focus on quality is a natural part of your approach.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Android development, for example in Kotlin
Experience with modern Android frameworks and architectural patterns
Good understanding of the entire development lifecycle
Relevant education in computer science, software development, or similar
Ability to work structurally and solution-oriented in complex technical environments
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
Meritorious
Experience with Android Enterprise
Experience with network-level Android development, for example VPN solutions
Knowledge of Android Keystore, certificates, PKI, or other secure key material handling
