Bid Engineer / Estimator – Operations & Outdoor Environment (Stockholm) Pema Partner AB is seeking a business-driven and analytical Bid Engineer / Estimator specializing in the operation and maintenance of outdoor environments and properties. About the Role As a Bid Engineer/Estimator, you will play a central role in the company's continued growth. You are responsible for driving and ensuring quality in bid processes – from analyzing request documentation to completed calculations and submitted bids. You will work closely with management, operational teams, and external partners, and are a key person in ensuring profitable business deals. Your Main Responsibilities · Manage cost estimation and pricing for bids in operations and outdoor environment services · Analyze bid request documentation (primarily according to LOU) · Develop resource, time, and cost calculations · Identify risks and opportunities in business deals · Compile and quality assure bid documentation · Participate in strategic decisions regarding which business opportunities the company should pursue · Follow up on and analyze won/lost bids Your Profile We are looking for someone who is both analytical and business-oriented, with a good understanding of contract work or service operations. You have: · At least 5 years of experience with bids/estimating in construction, operations, property management, or similar fields · Good knowledge of public procurement (LOU) · Strong ability to calculate business deals and understand margins · Experience with Excel and preferably estimating tools · Ability to work systematically and drive processes independently Meriting Qualifications: · Experience in outdoor environment, grounds maintenance, or property operations · Experience with major framework agreements/public contracts Personal Qualities · Business-driven and results-oriented · Thorough and analytical · Organized and self-motivated · Strong collaboration skills About the Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a stable and growing company with a strong market position and good development potential.
