Job Description Do you want to drive analytical work in the development of next-generation oral medications? At Disruptive Pharma, you'll become a key person at the intersection of materials science, practical laboratory work, and groundbreaking product development. About the Role As an analytical chemist in our R&D team, you'll be responsible for analytical chemistry work in our development projects, from preclinical phase through clinical programs. The role offers a balanced mix of practical laboratory work, method development, and scientific reporting. You'll work closely with our formulation scientists and product developers to evaluate and advance new formulations. The work covers both our internal pipeline and projects with external partners. The main focus is on analysis of solid oral dosage forms (tablets and capsules) using HPLC and in vitro dissolution, as well as materials characterization (DSC). Key Responsibilities Perform analysis of formulations and drug products, primarily using HPLC and in vitro dissolution Develop, adapt, and optimize analytical methods for samples generated with the company's formulation technology Plan and conduct method validations, and generate, interpret, and present data Contribute analytical expertise in cross-functional teams and in contacts with customers and collaboration partners Prepare CMC documentation, development reports, and other scientific documentation Qualifications We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with problem-solving ability and drive for entrepreneurial environments. Academic degree (Master's or PhD) in analytical chemistry, pharmacy, or related field 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry Several years of practical experience with HPLC, dissolution, and method development/adaptation Good experience with documentation and data interpretation Ability to work carefully, systematically, and independently Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience with materials characterization (e.g., DSC), working in ELN, and scientific contact roles with external customers/partners.
