Your Assignment
As an analyst, you will be part of a unit within the Signals Intelligence Department. The department works with collection of raw material, processing, as well as analysis and delivers intelligence reports and other services to the agency's clients.
In your role as an analyst, you will have a central role in transforming information into insights that make a difference. You will be responsible for one or more work areas where you work both operatively and strategically to monitor, analyze, and assess developments within your area of production. Your main tasks will include:
Collect, understand, and translate information, partly in Russian and English
Process and analyze various types of data, information, and materials
Monitor developments within your area of production and identify patterns, trends, and deviations
Prepare reports and presentations and adapt production according to the recipient's needs
You work in an operation where the external environment is constantly changing and where new questions can quickly arise. Therefore, you need to be comfortable switching between different tasks, handling changed priorities, and adapting to new conditions. You see change as a natural part of the work and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas without compromising on quality or accuracy. We see that you have a strong interest in defense and military issues as well as total defense.
The position involves work in an operation where secrecy is a natural part of daily life. Furthermore, you have frequent contact with both internal and external stakeholders. Business travel within Sweden and abroad may occur.
You Can
We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary education
Good computer skills
Good reading and listening comprehension in Russian
Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We consider it a merit if you have:
Relevant education in the defense and security sector, the military sector, total defense, and intelligence work

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approximately 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment is linked to an obligation to be war-placed.
