Data Analyst, Business Intelligence and Visual Analytics The Decision Support Information department works to develop statistics and data products used in the management, governance, and development of Försäkringskassan's operations. The assignment also includes making data accessible through visualization, reports and self-service solutions, as well as developing common working methods, standards, and tools. As an analyst with us, you work closely with both business units and IT in joint development initiatives. You help translate needs into data products and contribute to structuring, prioritizing, and developing a common workflow. You need to understand how data is used in operations, be able to break down requirements, and help ensure work is conducted in a structured manner with the right focus. This means you think in terms of solutions that are reusable and create value over time. Your work tasks include: working close to business operations with requirements, prioritization, and structure in workflow and data products developing and maintaining BI solutions, visualizations, and reports including data processing and data extraction contributing to the development of self-service solutions and user support contributing in a more system-oriented or methodology-focused context with emphasis on tools, standards, working methods, and quality in data production. You are thorough and work systematically even in pressured situations and can create structure where it is lacking. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness. It is advantageous if you have experience working with data products or business-focused analysis have experience structuring and streamlining working methods in an analytics or BI environment have experience working with visualization, reporting, or self-service within BI have experience working with data flows and/or data production have experience developing BI solutions and working with data extraction have good knowledge of SAS, SQL, or equivalent have experience working cross-functionally with both business units and IT have experience working in a product or management-like structure have experience working agile within development activities.
