Role Description and Responsibilities
As an analyst, you will play a central role in monitoring and evaluating the EU partnership OHAMR. You will also contribute to the department's work on analyses, evaluations, and investigations of the Swedish research system – both within government assignments and agency initiatives.
The role involves both leading and participating in assignments, where you work together with knowledgeable colleagues to drive projects from initiation to final reporting. Here you will have the opportunity to develop qualified analyses that form the basis for research policy decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
driving the development of a modern framework for monitoring and evaluation of OHAMR, where you clearly link objectives, activities, and impacts
taking overall responsibility for monitoring, evaluation, and data quality – including analysis and reporting of KPIs to the European Commission
developing structures to collect and showcase research results and impacts through qualified analysis and targeted communication to different audiences
shaping future data support by developing databases and digital solutions for collection, analysis, and visualization of research results
leading your own projects and contributing to strategic assignments and investigations in close collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders
representing OHAMR in international contexts and contributing to the partnership's visibility and impact
You will also contribute to the department's other work by:
developing and improving work methods, with a special focus on data management, analysis, and visualization
leading and participating in analyses and investigations of the Swedish research system
leading and contributing to evaluations of research initiatives and research areas
You may also contribute to other tasks within the agency based on operational needs.

Beyond personal qualities, you must also have:
an academic degree in an area that the agency considers relevant
experience working within the EU's framework programs or international research partnerships
experience with monitoring and evaluation
experience collecting, processing, analyzing, reporting, and visualizing data using digital tools (for example, Power BI)
good ability to plan and organize your tasks based on operational needs
strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English, and to present results in a manner tailored to your audience
It is meritorious if you have:
a doctoral degree in medicine and health sciences, natural sciences, or another relevant field
knowledge of the Swedish and European research system and research financing
knowledge and experience with research and innovation systems within One Health, antimicrobial resistance, or other cross-sectoral initiatives
experience from Swedish public sector operations, higher education administration, or government agencies in relevant subject areas
Location
Our office is activity-based and located at Hantverkargatan 11 in central Stockholm. If work tasks allow, there is the possibility to work remotely on a part-time basis.
Employment Form and Start Date
We offer a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. We would like you to start as soon as possible, taking any notice period into account.
