Do you want to make your mark on a brand new Analytics Engineer role at UR in Stockholm and create data that makes a difference? As an Analytics Engineer at UR, you'll have a key role in a comprehensive initiative where the entire data infrastructure is being modernized. You'll have the opportunity to build up the modeling layer, develop working methods, and create the foundation for data-driven decisions in an organization with an important mission for society. During your first period, you'll receive support from a senior Analytics Engineer consultant while gradually taking ownership of the dbt project and the development of the modeling layer. What you'll do with us Design, build, and maintain data models in dbt Cloud on top of BigQuery. Implement KPIs and metrics according to UR's KPI framework. Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and clear conventions. Collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts on data sources, data quality, and business needs. Contribute to the continued development of the data platform and its working methods. Take responsibility for the quality, structure, and further development of the dbt project. Your team and workplace You'll be part of the Data & Analytics team at UR in Stockholm. The team works closely together with regular check-ins and sprint planning to drive development forward. The role involves close collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and other colleagues in the data field. UR primarily works from the office to create good conditions for collaboration and quick decision-making. More about you To succeed in this role, you have solid experience in data transformation and modeling in dbt, as well as very strong SQL skills where you're experienced in writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries. You've worked with cloud-based data warehouses, such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift, and have relevant higher education in data, technology, or statistics, or equivalent work experience. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. We also believe you're curious about new technology and want to explore how AI can be used in the data field.
