You will be responsible for: Planning, implementing, and following up on instruction for students in grades 4-9. Teaching Swedish and English, or one of these subjects together with another academic subject. Adapting instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances. Creating structure, clarity, and an orderly classroom environment. Building relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Contributing to school development through collaboration and collaborative learning. Your Experience We are looking for someone with the right qualifications, experience, and commitment to meet students with diverse needs and create good conditions for learning and development. We are looking for you who have: Teacher certification with qualifications for grades 4-9. Qualifications in Swedish and English, or one of these subjects together with another academic subject. Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD). Strong ability to adapt instruction and learning environment based on students' individual needs. It is an advantage if you have: Special education teacher certification or other special education qualifications. Experience working in adapted learning environments or smaller instructional groups. Good knowledge of CPS (Collaborative and Proactive Solutions) and Ross Greene's approach. Experience working with students in need of special support. Is This You? You have knowledge of NPD and understand the importance of creating structure, clarity, and predictability in instruction. You have a special education perspective and see possibilities in every student's development. You are flexible, solution-focused, and collaboration-oriented. You actively contribute to the development of the organization and collaborative learning.
