You are flexible, engaged, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people based on their circumstances. You have an interest in knowledge and digitalization methods to develop your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and are a good role model. As a person, you work well collaboratively, but also take your own initiative and make your own decisions in your work situation. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
