Job Description
We are currently seeking a social worker/treatment specialist for our HVB, Aminagården. As a treatment specialist with us, you will be a key person in influencing and making a difference in young people's lives every day. We are an innovative organization that strongly believes our employees have the ability to shape and improve the lives of the young people we work with.
Key Qualifications:
Relevant education such as social worker, treatment specialist, or equivalent.
Experience working with youth and treatment-focused work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and empathy

Salary:
28,000 - 34,500 per month + on-call supplements and on-call duty (Salary is set based on age and experience)
Flexible schedule
Wellness bonus up to 6,000 per year

At our HVBs, you work according to a schedule that includes daytime, evening, night shifts, and every third weekend. You work an average of 3.5 shifts per week, of which one is a night shift. Of course, we work on public holidays, major holidays, and inconvenient hours.
In your role with us, we see you working with treatment interventions, activities with young people, household chores, treatment conferences with the work team, and other tasks that help us be a positive and developmental workplace!

Aminagården HVB is an HVB located in central Eslöv.
Aminagården is an HVB in Skåne. Centrally located in Eslöv with proximity to public transportation, schools, and services. We have 5 placements for young people aged 15–19 years – after placement, we are able to offer supported independent living training in the form of supported housing. At 9vB, we believe in small youth groups to succeed as well as possible!
