Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Latvia National Armed Forces Support Command 2nd Regional Support Center offers employment for a fixed period Physician Assistant for Outpatient Service (2240 02) Main Job Responsibilities: - Know and comply in practical work with regulatory acts governing the healthcare sector; - Provide outpatient healthcare, preventive (medical prophylactic) measures, and emergency medical services at the military base in Lielvārde; - Provide support in carrying out reception desk operations (medical documentation review; medical request verification; daily activities registration for report preparation, etc.); - Ensure circulation of therapeutic agents and medical material-technical resources; - Comply with hygiene and anti-epidemic regime requirements; - Maintain and improve professional qualifications. Requirements for Candidates: - Compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; - Level I professional higher or secondary professional medical education in the corresponding specialty; - Physician Assistant Certificate (in Outpatient Service or Emergency Medicine specialty); - Registration in the Medical Professionals (Physician Assistant) Register; - Previous work experience as a physician assistant working with outpatient patients; - Ability to plan and organize work, ability to work consistently and in a team; - High sense of responsibility, precision, analytical thinking, ability to work in high-intensity conditions; - Ability to prepare medical documentation qualitatively and in accordance with requirements; - Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the results of professional activities.
