We at Direktfix are now recruiting more amateur carpenters – preferably retirees or people who want to work part-time – for our growing business in basic carpentry work. About the role As a carpenter, you're also a team leader and have a key role in our way of working. You work together with one of our "fixers" at the customer's location and are responsible for ensuring the work runs smoothly, maintains high quality, and that both the customer and colleague feel secure. You must have a driver's license, preferably access to your own car, and we pay mileage allowance. What do we do? We help homeowners in the Stockholm area with practical tasks such as: · Repair, extend and oil decks · Build fences and planks Our idea – and why your role is important At our company, many people work who are far from the job market – including Ukrainian refugees. We call them fixers. They are skilled, motivated and willing to work, but often lack the language, network and experience of Swedish work culture. This is where you come in.
