No. 90002396732) invites you to join our creative team as an AMATEUR ARTS COLLECTIVE DIRECTOR for an indefinite period to lead the Kalnu kultūras nama kapelas "Spēlmaņi". Requirements for candidates: Secondary or higher education; Precision, responsible attitude toward work, and high initiative; Ability to work in a team; Good communication and collaboration skills; Knowledge in the relevant field – collective management methodology, work planning, repertoire preparation; Experience working with amateur arts collectives will be considered an advantage. Main responsibilities: Strategically organize and plan the collective's activities and development; Select and stage repertoire appropriate for the collective, combining tradition preservation with artistic innovation; Ensure the collective's participation in municipal events; Organize the collective's representation in Song and Dance Festival activities; Promote a positive work environment and mutual communication; Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional procedures; Continuously improve your professional expertise in the relevant field.
