No. 90002396732) invites a creative team to join as AMATEUR ARTS COLLECTIVE DIRECTOR for an indefinite period. • Director of the Druva Cultural Center vocal ensemble "Druvas tonis" (0.18 workload) Requirements for candidates: • Secondary or higher education; • Precision, responsible attitude toward work, and high self-initiative; • Ability to work in a team; • Good communication and cooperation skills; • Knowledge in the relevant field – collective management methodology, work planning, repertoire preparation; • Experience working with amateur arts collectives will be considered an advantage. Main responsibilities: • Strategically organize and plan the collective's activities and development; • Select and prepare repertoire appropriate for the collective, combining tradition preservation with artistic innovation; • Ensure the collective's participation in regional events; • Organize the collective's representation in Song and Dance Festival activities; • Foster a positive work environment and mutual communication; • Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional procedures; • Advance your professional development in the relevant field.
