We are looking for someone who enjoys kitchen work, service, hospitality, and guest interaction. With us, you will become a key person in our operations and help wherever needed to create memorable experiences for our guests. With us, you get varied work days where no two days are alike. You work with everything from cooking and serving to conferences, events, and sometimes also in our shop Björsgården. About Dössberget Dössberget Kitchen & Café sits high above Bjursås with a fantastic view over Dalarna's forests and mountains. Here we cook from scratch with a focus on local ingredients and genuine taste experiences. In addition to lunch and dinner service, we organize conferences, catering, weddings, memorial gatherings, corporate events, and music evenings. We also run the Shop Björsgården with handicrafts, delicacies, and local products. Work Tasks In the role we might call housekeeper, you work with both kitchen, service, and hospitality. The work tasks include, among other things, preparing lunches, packed meals, and special menus as well as serving food and beverages to our guests. You participate in preparations before service and contribute to smooth operations through close collaboration with colleagues in the kitchen and service. When needed, you also work in the Shop Björsgården. An important part of the role is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, while ensuring good hygiene and food safety and contributing to order, quality, and a pleasant environment. We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience with both cooking and serving and who is passionate about providing guests with warm and professional treatment. You are service-oriented, responsible, and positive, while enjoying varied tasks and able to switch between different roles during the workday. Since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important that you are flexible, solution-oriented, and remain calm even when there is a lot to do. You speak Swedish and preferably also English, and have a class B driving license.
