Färila Din hälsocentral AB has approximately 4,000 registered patients and is part of the Ljusdal operations area. In Ljusdal, there is also a 24-hour open family medicine clinic, urgent care ward, and day care services as important partners. We provide primary care with doctor's office, district nurse clinic, home visits, child health center (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. We also have specialist clinics for diabetes and asthma/COPD patients, as well as our own laboratory where we perform all testing and can conduct the most common point-of-care analyses. Färila is located in the heart of the country, approximately three hours by train from Stockholm. Here you will find a rich outdoor life both winter and summer. During the winter season, Järvsöbacken with its 23 slopes is one of Sweden's most visited skiing facilities and is located just about 20 minutes from Färila. In the summer, Färila offers fantastic hiking trails along the Ljusnan River, which are also excellent for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a doctor with us, you have the opportunity to work broadly and utilize your full medical expertise within the concept of "Close Care". We focus on the shared patient where you as a doctor have the opportunity to participate in our ongoing development work. Today, two general practitioners and one general medicine physician work with us. As a specialist in general medicine or a doctor with other appropriate background, you will work both independently and in a team-based approach with an engaged and supportive work group consisting of district nurses, clinic nurses, child health center and diabetes nurses, and laboratory technicians. We also have psychosocial and rehabilitation staff who work across the organization, based in Ljusdal. This allows us to provide the quality care and treatment that we stand for. The work tasks are highly varied, as in addition to our regular patients, we also have the opportunity to care for many of our visiting guests during the tourist season.
