We're now looking for a specialist physician who wants to be part of developing future primary care, with a stable foundation of your own defined patient list. About the Position With us, you'll have a broad and varied clinical day where you assess, investigate, and treat patients of all ages. You work with both acute and scheduled visits and are an important part of our health-promoting teamwork. As a rural health center, we encounter an unusually diverse patient population, which gives you the opportunity to work with everything from chronic diseases and multi-morbid elderly patients to acute and more rare cases. Here you'll use your full clinical expertise – and develop every day. For those drawn to rural medicine but hesitant due to commuting or family life, we offer the best of both worlds: exciting and meaningful clinical work combined with flexibility that makes it possible to balance work and private life. Working hours are weekday daytime between 08-17 with no weekends, and here you're offered both on-site work and the possibility to work digitally from home. This also includes work at our primary care clinic on Blidö as well as potentially supporting other health centers within the company. As part of Tiohundra, you contribute to a shared mission to offer residents safe, accessible, and quality care. Once you've become comfortable in the role and well-integrated into the operations, it may become relevant to support other activities or health centers within the organization based on needs. Your work tasks include: Regular clinic work which includes annual visits, investigations, acute visits, and minor surgical procedures Home visits, clinic visits, and digital care meetings Round work with nursing staff Continuous quality work both at your own unit and jointly within primary care at Tiohundra What We Offer: Employment terms according to collective agreement. About You For this position, you need to: Be a qualified specialist in general medicine Have strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Have experience from primary care in the Nordic region. Having a holistic perspective, seeing the person and the whole care, is a quality we value highly.
