Praktikertjänst Health Center in Fagersta is located in the northern part of Västmanland. The health center has approximately 10,150 registered patients and has been operated by Praktikertjänst AB since the end of 2022. The operation is in an exciting development phase and we are looking for you who want to be part of our well-functioning practice. We have stable staffing and high competence among our employees. We have developed very good collaboration between municipal home care, ambulance services, and other operations in the region. We are extremely proud that we, together with our close partners, have been nominated by regional management in Västmanland for Dagens Medicins Award, Bridge Builder of the Year.
We believe in a workplace with a diverse work group that creates a creative climate. We see training physicians as an important part and mentoring of younger colleagues should be prioritized. We also see that digital working methods are and will be an important part in developing today's and tomorrow's primary care.
Currently we have 7 permanent general specialists, 3 ST physicians, and AT physicians. We also have recurring medical students.

Qualifications:
You are a specialist in general medicine with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. You are driven by quality in your work and are a good collaborating partner among colleagues. You thrive in an environment with a high ceiling where work is patient-focused. You have a good ability to listen and you are thorough, can work independently while enjoying close collaboration with everyone in the team working around patients.
Fluent knowledge of Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
