Your personality is of great importance. Your work tasks include typical duties within the role of nurse/district nurse in home healthcare. The operation also includes an occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurses, as well as nursing assistants and care aides. You will work with other team members around your patients as well as collaborate with relevant agencies for your patients.
An important part of the work is to together with others in the home healthcare team develop your professional role and collaboration with other professionals. This with the goal of maintaining the highest possible patient safety and quality in our health and care services.
Working hours are primarily weekdays during daytime, but also occasional weekends when the operation needs to be staffed according to agreement with Norrtälje Municipality.
