Finance Manager Do you want to take on broad financial responsibility in a family-oriented property management company with long-term customer relationships and short decision-making paths? Alin & Hedenlund is seeking a Finance Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the finance function while working operatively with accounting, financial statements, and reporting. You will have a central role in a smaller company with close collaboration with the CEO, property managers, and colleagues. About the Role As Finance Manager, you are responsible for quality and structure in accounting and financial reporting. The role is broad and operational, encompassing the entire financial flow from ongoing accounting and reconciliations to financial statements, annual reports, and reporting. You report directly to the CEO and become an important financial resource in the organization with the opportunity to develop routines and working methods. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: - Manage ongoing accounting and reconciliations - Prepare monthly closings, annual closings, and annual reports according to K2 and K3 - Handle VAT and tax filings - Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation - Work with property finance and financial monitoring - Support budget and forecast work - Manage accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliations - Provide documentation and maintain contact with auditors - Develop routines and processes within the finance area About You We're looking for someone who is confident in accounting and comfortable with broad and independent responsibility. You appreciate a smaller organization with short decision-making paths, close collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact. We would like you to have: - At least five years of experience in qualified finance work - Experience from the property sector and understanding of property finance - Experience with monthly and annual closings and annual reports according to K2 and K3 - Strong knowledge of VAT, tax, and financial reporting - Experience with Fortnox - Interest and drive for digitalization, AI as a tool, and technological development within finance and accounting - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Experience with payroll management is a plus.
