We are currently seeking multiple teams of experienced clearing workers for the 2026 season and to continue collaborating with us for several years. We have several interesting projects for different clients in Norrland, so we are looking for stable teams who want to work in a long-term and sustainable manner with a focus on quality and satisfied customers. In addition to clearing, we also work with felling, site preparation, edge tree felling, wildlife control, conservation area work, biomass harvesting, harvest planning, etc. We would like the team to have a structured work approach, value organization and order, be positive people with a sense of humor, and be true team players. Conditions: · Salary is based on collective agreement with the possibility of piece-rate/bonus work. · Holiday compensation 13% of gross salary (or holiday pay with permanent employment). · ATK (Working Time Account) 3.92% of gross salary · Travel time compensation for commuting to and from work 10.49 SEK per mile according to current collective agreement. · Sick pay for illness and accidents · Holiday pay for public holidays · Meal allowance for work assigned at a location other than the station location · Compensation for work assigned during inconvenient working hours (OB allowance) · Compensation for work assigned beyond regular working hours (ÖB allowance) · Pension premium allocation via FORA each month · Team leader allowance up to 2,000 SEK per month · Administrative work allowance up to 1,000 SEK per month · Responsible driver allowance up to 1,000 SEK per month · Possibility of higher hourly rate for specialist skills or extensive experience · Opportunity for training and development · Opportunity for Swedish lessons on paid work time · We provide all work equipment, protective clothing, work vehicles, IT equipment Requirements: · Documented experience with forestry work (clearing) in Sweden · At least one person in the team speaks Swedish, English, or Polish. · At least two people in the team have a driver's license · At least one person in the team has good computer skills · Stability, long-term commitment, loyalty to the company Meritorious: · Forestry school diploma · Clearing saw license RA+RB · Chainsaw license · ESA clearing · First aid or CPR training · Experience operating machinery/tractor/forestry equipment · Other relevant certifications ALFA Skogsservice leads digitalization in forestry through our proprietary business system for time tracking and project management.
