About the Job
As an assembler, you will participate in the production of our customized and more complex heat exchangers. In the department, you work closely with the entire production chain, which means you are involved in influencing the process from the first assembly step all the way to the finished product. There are both manual stations and more automated parts where we would like to see you be part of both.
Your responsibilities include:
- Participate in the daily work within the group and ensure that results are achieved according to SOP.
- Participate in group meetings.
- Together with others in the team and TL/TM, develop and continuously improve processes.
- Act independently and participate in problem-solving.
Administration in the form of reporting of completed work and documentation to the customer is done in our business system. Safety, Quality, Delivery Reliability, and Cost are guiding principles within our production system ALPS and form the foundation our production is built on. In ALPS, you participate in the important work of improvements, 5S, and standardized working methods. It is therefore of utmost importance that you are interested in developing both yourself and our operations.
We are seeking several people and working hours are scheduled during the day. You are offered a permanent position and you will be employed directly by Alfa Laval. Lernia only handles the recruitment process.

What Can You Do?
We are looking for you who have experience in assembling heat exchangers or from similar industrial operations. If you have a technical or mechanical interest, we see that as a merit. You are accustomed to using hand tools and have a positive attitude toward practical work. For the position, you also need good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Further, we also see that you have:
- Driver's license for at least AM category.
- Overhead crane certificate.
- Forklift license for class A authorization.
