Additional Information Secondary education with diploma; for activation worker: accredited social services worker course or similar activation training; for leisure time pedagogue: corresponding pedagogical qualification. Experience working with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or challenging behavioral needs is advantageous. Working Hours: short and long weeks 8:30 - 19:00 (80 hours per 2 weeks) Salary Terms: Grade 10 PT, based on years of service; neuropsychiatric strain allowance 2,900 Kč; personal allowance after training period; weekend and Sunday allowances Job Responsibilities: - Direct care of hospitalized child and adolescent patients with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and challenging behavioral needs, with focus on supporting daily structure, activation, and conducting leisure and daily routine activities in close cooperation with the nursing team, - Conducting activation, leisure, and daily routine activities for hospitalized patients, - Supporting training in daily living skills, basic habits, independence, and social functioning, - Collaboration with nursing staff to ensure daily structure and safe activity implementation and with doctors, psychologists, nursing team, and therapists.
