1 position(s). Would you like to be part of developing the future of labor market work? We are now seeking an Activity Coordinator for the labor market unit. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a new function in connection with the implementation of the activity requirement. The labor market unit is facing an exciting development journey. In connection with the implementation of the activity requirement, we are developing the organization, work methods, and roles to best support individuals' path toward employment, studies, and self-sufficiency. The role is new and will develop as the activity requirement is implemented and the organization's mission evolves. As an Activity Coordinator, you have a central role in creating structure, coordination, and continuity in participants' activities. You work closely with participants, colleagues, and collaboration partners to ensure that the right activity is offered at the right time and that activities, placements, and attendance are managed systematically. The position is organizationally placed within the labor market unit and involves close collaboration with financial assistance, municipal operations, employers, and other collaboration partners. Your work tasks include: - Planning, coordinating, and administering activities for participants within the labor market unit - Coordinating participant flows between financial assistance, the Labor Market Unit, and other collaboration partners - Ensuring that participants are offered the right activity based on decided interventions and planning - Managing attendance records and administering activities and placements - Providing support to colleagues on matters related to activities, internships, and work training placements You also work on coordinating and developing contacts with employers and other organizations. The assignment includes identifying, establishing, and following up on internship and work training placements, conducting workplace visits, and building long-term partnerships. You contribute to developing work methods related to the activity requirement and create good conditions for participants' path toward employment, studies, or other appropriate intervention. You become an important part in developing an organization facing change and growth, where you have the opportunity to influence both work methods and structure for the future. Meritorious - Experience in employer collaboration and internship, work training, or labor market interventions - Experience in social work and in guiding and motivating people from different cultural backgrounds, with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges that may exist in establishing oneself on the labor market - Experience from municipal operations or change and development work - Knowledge of motivational interviewing (MI) Employment form: Permanent employment.
