The Social Services Department is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who understands the importance of meaningful activity, context, and participation in a recovery process. You have experience working with people with harmful substance use and addiction and/or mental health issues and are confident in meeting people who may be in complex life situations. Your Profile We are looking for someone with: education as a craft pedagogue, Living Workshop pedagogue, or other relevant education in, for example, carpentry, woodcraft, or equivalent, alternatively education in green recovery or nature-based methods education in motivational interviewing (MI) experience leading groups experience working with people with harmful substance use and addiction and/or mental health issues experience in documentation within social work or similar activities ability to work both independently and together with others It is an advantage if you have experience with LifeCare and in establishing implementation plans and collaborating with social services and other actors. It is also an advantage if you have experience using creative, practical, or nature-based methods within social work, treatment, rehabilitation, or recovery. Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, you need to be secure, stable, and clear in meeting clients. You have a respectful and professional approach and find it easy to build relationships while maintaining clear boundaries. You are resourceful and creative and enjoy independently planning and carrying out activities. Since the position includes practical, social, and administrative tasks, you also need to be flexible and able to switch between different tasks based on the needs of the operation.
