Kopperskolan is located peacefully and beautifully near the center and sports facilities. It has approximately 320 students from preschool class to grade 6. DUTIES You will work with teaching in preschool class through grade 3, as well as planning, follow-up, documentation and values-based work based on the curriculum Lgr 22. You will be part of the F-3 work team where you, together with your colleagues, contribute to the school's development, and where you together strive to develop and reach the set goals. You vary your teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well versed in elementary school's governing documents as well as using digital tools in your teaching. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher for grades F-3, passionate about developing teaching, and a strong pedagogical leader. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, such as commitment, flexibility, cooperation, structure, and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You should have a working approach where student influence and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good leader with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You have qualities that include both structure and creativity. It is important that you feel secure in your professional role and that you are clear with students, parents, and colleagues.
