About the Role As an AI developer, you will have a central role in developing and further enhancing software in complex system environments. You will work closely with other developers, systems engineers, and security specialists in an environment with high demands on quality, security, and innovation. Responsibilities Develop software with AI support within military command systems Train, evaluate, and improve AI models Work with system design and requirements management in software development Contribute across the entire development chain – from requirements to implementation Qualifications Required Civil engineering degree or equivalent in software, data science, or AI 1–2 years of relevant work experience Very strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Security Clearance The position is classified for security clearance. A security vetting will be conducted before employment according to applicable security regulations. Certain citizenship requirements apply to this role.
