AI Developer

We're looking for someone who can build for real. Huvudkontoret is a newly founded tech company in Luleå focused on AI, systems development, and digital solutions that work in practice. The company is new, but the experience isn't. Now we're looking for an AI developer who wants to be part of it from the beginning. The Role You're probably a confident developer who's still curious. Someone who likes understanding why something is being built, not just what needs to be built. With us, you'll work on systems development, AI-adjacent solutions, and digital products that are actually used in practice. This could mean building new services, integrating AI into existing systems, developing internal tools, automating workflows, or helping customers make better technical decisions. We work closely with both technology and business operations. That's why we believe you enjoy the bigger picture as much as the implementation. We think you have At least 5 years of experience in systems development Strong experience with Java Experience with modern development environments and working methods Tested or worked with AI-assisted development, such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar A genuine interest in technology and a habit of staying updated The ability to take responsibility, reason through solutions, and care about the quality of what you build If you don't tick every box but feel like this is you, reach out anyway.
