As an AI Software Engineer at Qrendo, you'll become an important part of a small, fast-moving product team where you'll work with the latest technology in AI and software development. You'll help further develop ReqAI, an AI-driven requirements management system used by major companies and government agencies. Our office is located in central Stockholm, with great opportunities for remote work.
Your main responsibilities:
Develop new features from idea to production.
Work across the full stack with both frontend and backend development.
Develop AI-related features and integrations.
Work with APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
Improve system architecture, user experience, and technology choices.
Debug and solve technically complex challenges.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript.
Experience with AI-assisted development.
Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
Ability to independently drive development work.
A strong interest in new technology and continuous learning.
Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Node.js, UI/UX, or GitLab CI/CD is a plus.
