Our platforms handle real-time data, traffic management, and passenger information and today reach 90 percent of Sweden's transit passengers. Now we're looking for an AI Lead who drives our AI transformation forward and makes agentic, AI-driven ways of working the standard for how we develop, test, and deliver—with the goal of boosting both productivity and quality. About the role As AI Lead, you're responsible for accelerating and systematizing the organization's use of AI tools and AI-driven ways of working, primarily AI-assisted and agentic development. You stay close to AI developments, understand where AI makes the biggest difference, and can translate new opportunities into practical value in our organization. By combining hands-on practical work with teaching and change leadership, you guide our development teams toward an organization where AI naturally streamlines daily work. You set the direction for how we use AI in the development workflow, develop concrete examples and reference implementations, and help the entire organization take the next step. You will, among other things: raise the organization's capabilities in AI-driven agentic development with the goal of increasing productivity throughout the workflow, from idea and code to quality assurance and delivery identify where AI makes the biggest difference and drive its implementation in practice together with the teams stay close to AI developments, especially in developer tools and agentic ways of working, and quickly translate new opportunities into concrete benefits for us test, evaluate, and recommend relevant AI tools and ways of working to improve and streamline our development process develop guidelines and recommended ways of working for how we use AI educate, coach, and support teams and colleagues in how AI can be used in daily work deliver presentations and workshops across the entire business area You report to the CTO and work closely with the development manager, Tech Leads, and development teams to ensure that the change is both directed and actually happens. We're looking for you You have a developer mindset and deep practical experience with AI tools and AI-driven development work, and you understand how AI can transform and elevate ways of working and productivity in a development organization. You're equally comfortable exploring and building with new tools yourself as you are inspiring and teaching others. We believe you have: a good understanding of modern systems development and how AI can create value in the development process experience with modern AI tools, AI agents, and AI-driven agentic development the ability to translate technical possibilities into concrete ways of working for the entire development organization experience delivering training, workshops, and presentations interest in or experience driving change and increasing adoption in organizations As a person, you're curious, pedagogical, and inspiring. You like to show how it's done, not just talk about possibilities, and you build trust through mastery of your craft. You're comfortable in dialogue with different audiences and have the ability to bring others along in change.
