Description:

Job Responsibilities: Design innovative AI solutions to improve processes in insurance claims handling and contact center automation. Develop and deploy AI models. Collaborate with product management and other team members to align AI strategies with business objectives. Lead the implementation of AI initiatives across all business units while ensuring flexibility and scalability. Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. Contribute to reducing customer effort score and increasing the share of fully automated processes (straight-through processing). Stay informed about the latest AI technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other members of the AI team.
