AI Act Compliance Lead

Drive AI Act compliance work at a major international player in the automotive industry. Here you'll shape governance, risk management, and responsible AI in close collaboration with multiple functions. You'll have a key role in ensuring that AI initiatives comply with the EU AI Act and other relevant regulations. You work closely with legal, technical, and business teams at a major international automotive company. About the Role Responsible for developing and anchoring AI governance in the organization. Contribute to making AI solutions transparent, traceable, and compliant. Work in a smaller team focused on data compliance and governance. What You'll Do Implement frameworks, policies, and processes for AI compliance. Interpret and translate the EU AI Act and related regulations into practical requirements. Collaborate with legal, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and compliance teams. Develop internal guidelines and training initiatives for responsible AI use. Monitor regulatory changes and support leadership on strategic issues. What We're Looking For Academic degree in law, technology, or related field. Strong understanding of AI technology and its regulatory implications. Documented background in compliance, legal advisory, or governance. Experience driving change and working with stakeholders at multiple levels. Excellent English in speech and writing.
