Bulduru Tehnikums invites applications for an Agronomist position (full-time) Key Responsibilities: - Manage educational greenhouses and plan specialist work; - Address material procurement issues; - Oversee technological processes for crops grown in greenhouses and open fields; - Plan optimal agrotechnical and plant protection measures and timing; - Provide customer service; - Plan and organize the sale of produced goods; - Supervise students during on-call duty and practical work; - Participate in the rotation schedule during the summer season. Requirements: - Higher education in agronomy or related field; - Knowledge of plant physiology; - Ability to analyze data and make decisions; - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; - Proficient knowledge of the state language; - Right to work in an educational institution according to the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law; - High sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
