WORK TASKS Do you want to work with requirements and testing as part of the entire development process? We are looking for two IT specialists for our agile development teams. One with a focus on requirements who can also support testing when needed, and one with a focus on testing who can support requirements work when needed. About the job You work closely with the business and together with the development team to identify needs, make them understandable, and implement them into high-quality IT solutions. You participate in the entire development chain, from early requirements definition and analysis through implementation, testing, and deployment. The work includes, among other things: • working with requirements for the team's IT services and IT systems in new development, further development, and maintenance • working with testing to ensure functionality, quality, operational reliability, and accessibility • contributing to clear, testable, and well-anchored requirements • working proactively with quality assurance as a natural part of agile development work • driving and implementing improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, quality, and transparency Together in the team, you are responsible for the IT services and IT systems that the team has delivery responsibility for. This means you ensure that they are available to our customers and operationally reliable, and when needed, handle incidents and problems according to ITIL. We work agile, iterative, and value-driven with SAFe as our agile framework and inspiration. We aim for agile working practices supported by, among other things, behavior-driven and test-driven development (BDD/TDD). New technology and new tools also become part of the daily work. We have also begun moving toward using AI as a natural part of the development teams' work. It is advantageous if you have: • An academic degree in IT deemed relevant • Documented education/certification in requirements, testing, or technical testing deemed relevant. • Practical experience using AI in your professional role. • Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
