Remote work option available A telephone operator ensures telephone communication with customers and provides information about offered products and services. Job duties include active or passive telephone communication, identifying customer needs, processing requests, entering and updating data in internal systems, and recording communication results. The role also includes handling routine customer inquiries, computer work, and adhering to established work procedures and quality standards. Requirements: good communication skills, pleasant demeanor, basic computer user skills, independence, reliability, and willingness to communicate with customers. Previous call center experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
