About Villa Algot Group Home
We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to offer a brand new and state-of-the-art LSS home in Bro this summer. Villa Algot will be located in a peaceful residential area with absolute proximity to central Bro and thus all imaginable public services and communications.
The home features 6 units where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom and their own patio. In addition, there are common areas such as a kitchen/dining area and common spaces.
At the home, support is designed for those living there with the purpose of enabling them to live as independently as possible with varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.
About the Role
As a temporary caregiver, you are an important part of the lives of people who live at Villa Frank. You are an important resource to support as needed during vacations, sick leave, or when we need to do a little extra for those living with us. Our goal is to together make this day better than yesterday for the people we have the privilege of caring for. To achieve that, we need you!
We're looking for someone who perhaps already has care and elderly care training or equivalent, or is undergoing training, and wants to contribute meaningfully in extra work with us. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
We Are Looking For
- We are now seeking temporary caregivers for vacancies and additional needs.
- Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends.
- Start approximately October 2026.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
- Advantageous: relevant education or ongoing relevant education (e.g., nursing assistant with or without psychiatric focus, care assistant, orderly, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue).
- Advantageous: experience from care and elderly care work according to LSS.
- Advantageous: if you have knowledge and experience in low-intensity interaction and clarifying pedagogy.
- B-driver's license is advantageous.
