We are leaders in manufacturing ORC turbines that convert waste heat into climate-smart electricity, and for the past several years have also offered a unique battery solution for energy storage. Our innovative work has earned us the distinction of Gasell of the Year as the fastest-growing company in Östergötland. Againity handles its own development, production, delivery, and service. Our team currently consists of 30 dedicated employees working closely together to realize our vision of a more climate-smart society. The business operates from the company's newly built facility in Norrköping (Säterivägen 19), with sales in nine countries and global procurement. With a constantly expanding product portfolio, we continue to expand and are now recruiting additional engaged team members to join us in Norrköping. Your Responsibilities As CFO at Againity, you'll have the opportunity to shape and make a major impact on the company's financial function. This is a newly created role where you'll work closely with our CEO—both operationally and strategically—in a company characterized by innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. In this role, you'll have overall responsibility for the company's financial management and become a key player in our continued expansion, both nationally and internationally. Your Main Areas of Responsibility 1. Financial Management and Reporting Ongoing financial reporting in the form of monthly reports to the CEO and board of directors. Liquidity management and cash flow optimization, given the company's primary revenue comes from project-based sales. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Responsible for annual financial statements and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations. Development and monitoring of KPIs and calculations. Primary contact and responsible for liaising with accounting firm, bank, auditor, guarantee provider, insurance companies, etc. 2. Business Support, Strategy, and Investments Support business development and investments through financial analysis. Assist with contract negotiations. Assist with ongoing monitoring of project managers' project reporting. Participate as a member of the management group. 3. Operational Development, Systems, and Leadership Develop and lead the company's financial function. People manager for the administrator. Lead and further develop our work with ISO and information security. Establish and further develop internal processes, routines, and systems. Your Profile We're looking for someone with strong financial expertise who thrives in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing business. You have a structured approach combined with a business-oriented and analytical mindset. This is evident in your ability to transform numbers into strategic insights, which provides the foundation for sound decisions and strong, long-term business development. You are analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable switching between strategic and operational work. The role requires a no-nonsense attitude, where you seamlessly shift between strategic issues and operational tasks. In a growth company where structures are being built in parallel with expansion, it's critical that you are hands-on, close to the business, and ready to contribute where needed—regardless of level. We believe you have: Several years of experience in a leading financial function, ideally as a CFO, finance director, or senior controller. Relevant academic qualifications in accounting/finance. Experience in growth companies, preferably from manufacturing organizations. Good understanding of accounting, reporting, and analysis. Ability to build processes, routines, and work methods. Excellent communication skills and a no-nonsense approach.
