About the Position As a consultant manager, you are responsible for building up Montico's business within welding and industrial production in Värmland. You'll have great freedom to plan your work and significant influence over how the business develops. Job Responsibilities In this role you will: · Create and develop customer relationships · Develop new customers within industry · Match the right consultants to the right assignments · Recruit, lead, and follow up with consultants We're Looking for You Who · Are a driven salesperson and relationship builder · Have experience in B2B sales, industry, or service sales · Enjoy working independently · Like taking initiative and delivering results · Have a strong local network or find it easy to build one · Are motivated by being part of building something from the ground up Experience from the staffing industry or welding industry is a merit but not decisive.
