About the role Professionalism, business acumen, collaboration, and relationship building are some of the keys to our success. As a Consultant Manager at Friday, you'll have a broad and responsible role where you work closely with both people and business. You're responsible for the entire chain, from attracting and recruiting the right talent to leading and developing consultants and building long-term customer relationships. You drive your processes independently while collaborating closely with colleagues in both sales and delivery. In the role, you will, among other things: Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job specifications, sourcing, and career meetings to interviews, background checks, and hiring. Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates through proactive and continuous dialogue. Be the direct manager of your consultants with responsibility for coaching, follow-up, development, and work environment. Work closely with our customers on business matters, identify new needs, and contribute to developing existing partnerships. Handle follow-up, invoicing, and administration related to your consultants and assignments. Contribute to Friday's continued development through your own initiatives, improved work methods, and active collaboration with the team. What characterizes Friday as a workplace? We're looking for you who: Have relevant post-secondary education. Have at least two years of practical experience in recruitment, preferably from the consulting or staffing industry. Thrive in a commercial and business-focused role where you're expected to take significant responsibility. Communicate fluently in Swedish and well in English, both spoken and written. Have a driver's license (category B). It's an advantage if you have: Experience with IT or tech recruitment. Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and active candidate sourcing. Experience in sales, customer development, or business development.
