Take responsibility for budget, forecasts and follow-up
Ensure a relevant and structured KPI system
Analyze and follow up on customer and product profitability
Prepare decision-making documentation that clearly explains results, variances and next steps
Prepare and structure management meetings
Document decisions and ensure they are followed up and implemented
Keep together and drive follow-up of the business plan
Monitor deadlines and ensure progress on prioritized initiatives
Follow up and coordinate projects and activities in the organization
Serve as a connecting link between COO, CSO and other functions
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where analysis meets business and implementation. You have an academic education in economics, industrial economics or equivalent, and have experience in controlling in a business where you worked close to the operations.
You are used to working with budgets, forecasts and key figures, and have the ability to translate numbers into insights that create real value in the business. You understand how profitability is built – at customer, product and business level – and you are driven by making the analysis relevant and useful for decision-making.
At the same time, you have a strong interest in processes, structure and follow-up. You like to make things happen and ensure that decisions don't remain words, but are translated into concrete action.
As a person, you are analytical and structured, with a natural ability to create order and clarity. You are communicative and comfortable working close to management and different functions, and you have the courage to ask questions and challenge when needed.
You thrive in a role where you can combine business focus, structure and coordination, and where you contribute to creating alignment, momentum and quality in the organization's work.
