Business Analyst

Keolis is now recruiting a Business Analyst for our Contract Management team in Stockholm. Here you'll have a central role where you can contribute to data-driven business development that strengthens our operations and supports more sustainable public transportation.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with operations and help strengthen and develop our contracts from a business perspective. You combine data-driven analysis with business understanding and will influence both operational decisions and strategic development. As part of the Contract Management team, you collaborate closely with Contract Managers and other functions, providing insights that form the basis for prioritization, development initiatives, and future business opportunities.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Analyze contract-related data with a focus on business development.
Prepare decision-making and negotiation materials.
Analyze contract terms to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
Develop KPIs and tracking models.
Conduct analyses, for example on penalties, bonuses, and passenger numbers.
Process, model, and visualize data in Excel and Power BI.
Present insights and recommendations in a clear and pedagogical manner.
Work closely with operations on both operational and strategic matters.

As a person, you are structured and thorough, and you like to work proactively and solution-focused.
We would like you to have:
An academic degree in, for example, economics, industrial economics, statistics, or similar.
Several years of experience in qualified analytical work and reporting.
Very good Excel skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically in both Swedish and English.
