Adolf Lindgrens stiftelse seeks Temporary Facility Manager for Centralpalatset

Centralpalatset, today a protected historic building, is one of Örebro's most well-known landmarks. The building was constructed by Adolf Lindgren in 1913 and is currently owned by Adolf Lindgrens stiftelse, which in addition to being a landlord also works to distribute grants to farmers, students, those in need, and public benefit activities, as well as operates conference services. The building has 61 residential apartments and 23 commercial spaces. Your responsibilities With us, you are an important part of our team where we work together to manage the rental property and foundation activities in the best way possible. As a facility manager, your work tasks will include: · Cleaning of common areas such as courtyard, basement, attic spaces, staff room, workshop, and bike room. Not stairwell cleaning. · Purchasing supplies for inventory · Handling maintenance requests and following up and addressing these. · Regular rounds of the courtyard, entrances, staircases, elevators, laundry rooms, and other common areas. · Minor repairs and troubleshooting · Assisting with renovations and maintenance work · Furnishing, cleaning, purchasing, and service for our conference operations. · Key management · Assisting in answering questions from tenants. The position may be extended and expanded for the right person. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is practical and service-oriented. You are a positive, social, and responsible person who likes order and organization. We would appreciate if you could be flexible and step in and help with what is most important for the day. Much of the work is done independently and it is important that you are a problem solver with great initiative. You meet tenants and others who visit us and therefore you need to have a very good sense of service. Part of the work is done digitally, such as key management and maintenance requests. You therefore need to feel comfortable using different digital systems in your work. Qualifications Education in facility management or equivalent work experience. Several years of experience in the profession. Driver's license category B Good knowledge of Swedish Good knowledge of office programs and other relevant digital systems Experience using computer and mobile as work tools Merits Experience from conference operations Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, or carpentry Experience working in facility management systems.
