The Position and Your Tasks As an administrator at Tunängen Care and Housing Facility, you will have an important role in daily administrative work and contribute to the organization running efficiently and in a structured manner. You will work with varying tasks and provide close administrative support to your manager, colleagues, and the operation. The role is broad and you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, develop, and contribute to improvements in working methods and routines. Your main responsibilities: Plan and administer training programs Handle bookings and other administrative tasks Coordinate temporary staff and students Work with staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning Manage orders, invoices, and recruitment administration Initiate, plan, and carry out various development work You will work with significant independence and perform your tasks very autonomously. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with administrative colleagues and your manager. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple administrative processes in parallel. Work tasks are performed at the workplace, and remote work is not applicable. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with post-secondary administrative education focused on care and services or similar. Other requirements: You have at least two years of experience with administrative tasks You are proficient with Word and Excel and are comfortable using digital tools in your daily work. You can communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and can clearly and effectively convey the essence of an argument. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target audience, and situation. You have experience with staffing, scheduling, and vacation planning. We consider it a merit if you have: Experience with administrative work in public sector operations, particularly with more advanced administrative tasks. Experience with administrative work at a strategic level. Experience with orders, invoice handling, and recruitment. Experience with business systems such as Timecare and Botlön. Good knowledge of labor law. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to plan and organize your work in an efficient manner. You work in a structured way toward clear goals, complete your tasks, and follow up on results. Because the work involves multiple parallel tasks, you need to be able to prioritize, maintain order, and work efficiently even when the pace is periodically high. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and new information. You see opportunities in change and provide professional conduct in your interactions with managers, colleagues, employees, and other collaborative partners. You have a service mindset and excellent teamwork skills.
