JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an administrator at Malung Care Home, you have a central and important role in daily administrative work. You work closely with the unit manager and other staff members and contribute to the operation functioning in a structured and efficient manner. As an administrator, you work in a team with the existing administrator at Malung Care Home and the administrator at Orrmyrgården. The work is varied and requires you to be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize, and take your own initiative. You will also provide support in various administrative processes. The role includes working with: • Schedule management in TimeCare • Staffing and personnel planning for the operation • Administrative tasks in the personnel system Visma • Tasks in the billing system Proceedo • Other administrative tasks to support the unit manager and staff members QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with good computer skills and an interest in systems and administration. You have an aptitude for creating structure, maintaining order, and working carefully even when the pace is periodically high. To thrive in this role, you need to be self-directed, responsible, and have the ability to take your own initiative. At the same time, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You also need to be able to handle multiple work tasks simultaneously and prioritize wisely. You express yourself fluently in Swedish both orally and in writing. Multilingual skills are meritorious. As a person, you are service-oriented, relationship-building, and confident in interactions with others. You have a solution-focused work approach and contribute to good collaboration in the operation. Salary range: The salary for this position is currently within the range of 28,500-34,500 per month, based on 2025 salary levels. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Start as soon as possible or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime.
