We are now seeking an engaged and thorough administrator for the recruitment unit. The unit works with recruitment and assessment of emergency homes, foster families, contact families, and contact persons. You will become an important part of an experienced and stable work group with 18 employees and a unit manager. We work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other in our daily work. The Contractor Recruitment Unit is centrally located in Gävle. As an administrator, you have the opportunity to contribute to the operations functioning efficiently and with high quality by providing close administrative support to case handlers, management, and the operations as a whole. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role with many contact points and a broad administrative assignment. You work independently with your areas of responsibility, while maintaining close collaboration with your administrator colleague and other colleagues in the unit. Work duties vary based on operational needs, which gives you the opportunity to use your administrative expertise in many different contexts. You will also collaborate with administrators in other units within the operations and provide support and relief as needed. Your work duties include: • Manage agreements and financial documentation related to placements and emergency placements, and review payments of fees and expenses. • Handle invoices, obtain and verify documentation, and ensure that invoices are correct before posting. • Process payments to contractors and manage related documentation. • Ensure structure and organization in the operations' digital and physical archives. • Handle documentation, including from the social services committee, and obtain, verify, and document register excerpts. • Prepare data and statistics from various operational systems and present information in a clear and pedagogical manner. • Manage the operations' shared mailbox in Flexite and, as needed, book travel and perform other administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is thorough, structured, and has a professional approach. You enjoy administrative work where quality and structure are important, and you collaborate easily with others. You express yourself well in Swedish and have a strong ability to handle and present information clearly. To be suitable for the position, you need to have: • Secondary education in administration or economics, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. • Experience with administrative work and invoice handling. • Very good IT skills and good experience with Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension. It is meritious if you have experience with administrative work within social services, preferably with at least one year of experience. It is also meritious if you have experience with: • Treserva, Flexite, Proceedo, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint. • Preparing and presenting statistics in a clear and pedagogical manner. • Handling documentation for payments to contractors and clients. Interviews for this position will be held during week 36. For this position, an extract from the police criminal record is required. This will only be requested from the final candidate in the last step of the recruitment process. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration, start date: 2026-10-01 or by agreement.
